SMOOTH MOVE PRODUCTS has just added the AO-28 Preamp FILTER CAPACITOR RETROFIT KIT to our expanding catalogue of Hammond organ upgrade and repair kits.

The kit consists of a board with all seven filter caps and two multisection capacitor adaptor boards. This kit is designed to provide a neat and time saving retrofit which allows the original capacitor cans to remain in place while using existing wiring.

The bottom of the capacitor board has small powerful magnets which hold the board securely to the bottom of the chassis. The two round multicap adaptor boards have slots in which the terminals of the original capacitor cans fit into. This allows the very short factory wiring to still be used while maintaining the orginal look of the preamp assembly.
